Description:
Lots: Canvas - IRBE. Functional, technical, quality and performance characteristics: Filter fabric (Petryanova) FPP-15-1.5. Designed to capture solid and liquid aerosols and is used for the manufacture of fine air filters and gases. Surface density of the fibrous layer, not less than 27±3 g/m². Relative elongation at break of the fibrous layer, not less than 0.5. Breaking load of the fibrous layer, N, (kgf), not less than 1.5. Appearance of filter material FPP-15: uniform a fibrous layer applied to a gauze substrate, without through holes or gaps. Properties of filter fabric FPP 15-1.5: hydrophobic; resistant to concentrated acids and alkalis, alcohols, saturated hydrocarbons; dissolves in aromatic and chlorinated hydrocarbons, ketones; swells in plasticizers; does not release toxic substances into the environment; upon direct contact they do not affect the human body; non-explosive; does not spontaneously combust. As the filter layer increases materials FPP-15x1.5, the degree of purification increases. Filter materials FPP-15x1.5 can capture aerosols with particle sizes up to 0.1-0.2 microns. Size of one sheet: no less than 900*1500 mm (1.35 m²). Certificate.
