The mass fraction of pieces of sizes is less than 13 mm, not more than 13%; The mass fraction of pieces of sizes is more than 300 mm-0%. The lowest heat of the combustion of working fuel, at least 4000kcal/kg. Ash for dry mass, no more than 42%. Total moisture in workingfuel condition, is not more than 7.5 %. The output of volatile substances is not more than 40%.; The mass fraction of sulfur to the dry state of fuel is not more than 3%; The mass fraction of chlorine is not more than 0.4%; The mass fraction of arsenic to the dry state of fuel is not more than 0.01%; The mass fraction of carbon on the dry state of fuel is at least 54%; Massthe share of hydrogen for the dry state of fuel is not more than 2.7%; The mass fraction of oxygen for the dry state of fuel is not more than 0.25%; The stage of oxidation is not more than 2%; The degree of oxidation is not oxidized coal; Ignition temperature of not more than 420 C; Self -flaming temperature of not more than 550 C; Explosive group,no more than 3; The explosion hazard is dusty.
