Blue solution. Form of release is a bottle per 1 liter. Composition: 0.76% rrAzur -eosin in a mixture of methanol and glycerol - 1 bottle (1 l) 2). Concentrated solution of phosphate buffer - 1 bottle (10 ml). Operational characteristics-1l of dye is designed for staining 3-6 thousand strokes of blood when breeding a dye by 10-20 times. It is recommended to use working coloring workersmixtures with pH = 6.4-6.8. For the preparation of a working coloring mixture, 0.76% of the azur-ezin dilute 10-20 times in fresh distilled water.
