Lots: Fresh frozen leukofiltered plasma, quarantined (for non-residents) blood component obtained from a dose of whole blood. FFP is obtained by freezing plasma under conditions that preserve labile coagulation factors. Before freezing, plasma undergoes leukofiltration, with subsequent quarantine. On average (after freezing and thawing) the dose contains at least 70% of the initial level of factor VIII. The content of leukocytes in the component is less than 1.0x106. | Red blood cell mass - leukofiltered red blood cell suspension (for non-residents) blood component obtained from whole blood. Leukofiltered erythrocyte suspension is obtained by removing leukocytes by filtration within 48 hours after donation from a whole blood unit and removing plasma after centrifugation, followed by immediate addition of an additional solution. Content of leukocytes in the component less than 1.0x106, hemoglobin less than 40 g per dose, hematocrit 0.50 - 0.70, hemolysis at the end of the process is no more than 0.8% of red blood cells. | Cryoprecipitate (for non-residents) a blood component containing the cryoglobulin fraction of plasma. Cryoprecipitate contains most of Factor VIII, von Willebrand factor, fibrinogen, Factor XIII and fibronectin. Cryoprecipitate is obtained through further processing of quarantined FFP and subjected to concentration.
