Lots: Cryoprecipitate (for non-residents) a blood component containing the cryoglobulin fraction of plasma. Cryoprecipitate contains most of Factor VIII, von Willebrand factor, fibrinogen, Factor XIII and fibronectin. Cryoprecipitate is obtained through further processing of quarantined FFP and subjected to concentration. The content of factor VIII ≥ 70 IU per dose, fibrinogen ≥ 140 mg per dose, von Willebrand factor 100 IU per dose. | Fresh frozen plasma, leukofiltered, quarantined (for non-residents) blood component obtained from a dose of whole blood. FFP is obtained by freezing plasma subject to conditions that preserve labile coagulation factors. Before freezing, plasma undergoes leukofiltration, followed by quarantine. On average (after freezing and thawing) the dose contains at least 70% of the initial level of factor VIII. The content of leukocytes in the component is less than 1.0x106. | Apheresis virus-inactivated platelets 200*10*9 (for non-residents of the Republic of Kazakhstan) a blood component obtained from one donor by the apheresis method contains a therapeutic dose of platelets suspended in an additional SSP+ solution. The method of obtaining is platelet apheresis using equipment for automatic cell separation, anticoagulated with a citrate-containing solution. The standard dose contains a minimum of 200x109 platelets. The therapeutic dose contains suspended platelets in a mixture of plasma (30-40%) and additional solution (60-70%).
