License to provide examination of the condition of boiler house chimneys, including 2. The special organization must have an accredited non-destructive testing laboratory. The chimney must be inspected: 1. Barrel (cracks, connecting elements of sections, welds, ridge tolerance and metal thickness). 2. Supporting structures 3. Foundations (connections to the foundation, concrete foundation pedestals). The instruments and equipment used must be certified.
