Before delivery, the Supplier must necessarily agree with the Customer for each product supplied. If the goods do not meet the characteristics, the goods will be considered not accepted. The customer submits an application by telephone, orally, in writing through the public procurement web portal, or by email. Accompanying documents for each supplied batch: Certificate of Conformity / Declaration of Conformity, certified by the supplier. Without foreign smell or taste. The goods are delivered in the presence of the Supplier or a representative by proxy. Product Delivered by courier service, postal service, or taxi service are not accepted.
