Lots: Coal - Coal grade - B brown, group 3B (third brown), subgroup 3 BV (third brown vitrinite). Fraction 0-300 mm. Lower calorific value of working fuel no less than 5200 kcal/kg no more than 5500 kcal/kg, total moisture in the working condition of the fuel no less than 17.3% no more than 18%, yield volatile substances for the dry, ash-free state of the fuel no less than 50% not more than 51%, ash content for the dry state of the fuel not less than 7% not more than 9.2%, Mass fraction of total sulfur for the dry state of the fuel not less than 0.70% not more than 0.80% The supplier must provide copies of letters as part of the competitive application from manufacturers or their official representatives (dealers or distributors), confirming the supplier's right to supply and/or sell the purchased goods for the entire heating season of 2025, as well as provide a test report, ST KZ, certificate of conformity. Delivery of coal to the boiler house village South Abay district, Karaganda region. All costs associated with delivery to the boiler room are borne by the supplier. Coal that does not correspond to the 0-300 fraction will not be accepted. If the Customer detects low quality coal, i.e. (coal similar to sand mixed with earth, stone, clay, other type, garbage, etc.) a refund (exchange) will be made for high-quality coal within 5 calendar days from the date of discovery and drawing up a report. Laboratory tests to check the quality of coal are carried out at the expense of the supplier. See tech specification
