Lots: Garage rental services - Rent a garage space for special equipment 1000 sq.m., 1. Garage hanging should be located in the Turkestan region, Tyulkubas district, the village of T. Ryskulova, microdistrict DSU. The location of the garage should not exceed at least 2 km from the Customer's administrative building. 2. The area of the territory is at least 1 hectare, a garage space of at least 1000 square meters to accommodate special equipment, the room must be heated in winter, the territory must be fenced, paved and equipped with video surveillance. 3. The Supplier is obliged to ensure unhindered access to the premises, ensure the safety of the entrusted vehicles, and the Customer-s material assets available in the garage for the entire rental period. 4. The premises must meet the safety requirements established by the Law, including fire safety, technical, sanitary and hygienic requirements. 5. Availability of round-the-clock power supply, lighting, natural gas, drinking water. 6. The service is provided from the moment entry into force of the agreement is December 2026.
