Lots: Services for refilling cartridges - The Contractor had to come 2-3 times a week, pick up, repair and refill the cartridge as needed - refilling and repairing cartridges is carried out with toner and spare parts from the Supplier.. Included in the cost of services services for refilling and repairing cartridges are included, namely: Requirement for the Service Provider: - collection of broken cartridges and delivery of repaired and refilled cartridges is carried out at the expense and strength of the Potential Supplier; - provision of services carried out strictly at the request of the Customer orally or in writing (via email and/or fax, orally (by telephone)). These services are performed within no more than 1 calendar day from the date of application. - repaired and refilled cartridges must provide a service life corresponding to a new cartridge, high print quality (no background, blots); Diagnostics for faults and their elimination, replacement of necessary spare parts in order to improving print quality; - the number of copies is not less than the resource of a new original cartridge; - if the service is provided/performed by the Supplier of inadequate quality or if there are deficiencies, the Customer has the right, at his own discretion, to demand from the Supplier free elimination of deficiencies in the services provided within a reasonable time, but not more than 1 working day.
