Description:
Lots: Cartridge refilling services and computer equipment repair. At the Customer-s request, the Supplier-s specialist arrives at the Customer-s office no later than one business day from the date of application and picks up the cartridges for refilling. After refilling cartridges delivers them back to the Customer-s location. Refilling cartridges should be carried out in the shortest possible time, but no more than 1 (one) working day. The printed sheet of text must not contain streaks or areas contaminated with toner, and also toner inclusions. Each character on the sheet must be clearly printed, and the text must be resistant to mechanical stress. In case of detection of poor-quality refilling of cartridges, the Supplier is obliged to refill at its own expense, as well as If a poor-quality filling is detected due to the failure of additional equipment (shaft, squeegee, etc.), the Supplier is obliged to replace components at its own expense. If the defects cannot be eliminated, the Supplier is obliged to inform The customer and draw up a defect report for faulty cartridges. The cost of refilling cartridges includes consumables.
