The service of uninterrupted Internet access must be provided by the telecom operator through a single Internet access gateway, with a channel capacity of at least 100 Mbit/s per point, without traffic restrictions, with blocks of 2 static IP addresses allocated for the Customer. Internet access service must be provided via fiber optic cable along the entire signal path from the provider to the client-s equipment. Internet access service: Connection interface - 1g Ge (optical). Internet access protocol - TCP/IP. Equipment installed by the Customer The Supplier is transferred to the Customer for safekeeping for the period of provision of services. The Supplier's area of responsibility begins from the aggregation installed at the Customer's site. The Supplier monitors the status of Internet access between the Customer and by the supplier 24 hours a day during the entire period of provision of services. If the Internet channel fails, the Customer's network administrator reports the problem to the Supplier's technical support service, who determines the status of the problem and calls appropriate personnel to troubleshoot problems on-line. Elimination of damage to the main line, channel-forming equipment, Supplier's equipment on the Customer's side, etc. carried out by the Service Provider at its own expense...
