Lots: work on the current repair of individual elements of non -residential buildings/structures/premises - ensuring the proper technical and aesthetic condition of the hall, increasing the level of comfort and safety. Characteristics of the premises: Purpose: Sports Hall Square: 125 square meters. m ceral height: 2.8 m The number of windows: 4pcs. Number of doors: 6pcs. Wall materials - concrete. Paul materials are wooden. Ceiling materials - fiberboard. The list of works and volumes performed: preparation of walls for painting (cleaning, putty, grinding, primer) for water -based paint. Preparation and coloring of the walls (putty, primer, painting) -2-layer. Staining walls with water -based paint in 2 layers. Consumption - according to the standards of the manufacturer. Repair of window slopes and window sills. Complex and removal of construction garbage - after completion of work. Requirements for materials and equipment: all materials must be certified and allowed for use in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The LCM (paint and varnishes) should be environmentally friendly, without a sharp smell. Finishing materials - only in factory packaging, with labeling and shelf life. Materials and expenditures are provided by the contractor.
