Lots: Pike fillet, corresponding to GOST 7631-2008, ice cream individually weighing from 0.7 kg to 2 kg. In a box from 5 to 20 kg. Fish cut lengthwise along the spine into two longitudinal halves. Scales, head, spine, humerus and large costal bones, entrails, fins, black ventral membrane removed, blood clots cleared. The natural coloring inherent in a fish of this species. The consistency is dense, typical for this type of fish. The smell after defrosting is characteristic of fresh fish, without any foreign signs. Frozen fillet made in glazed form. The glaze should be icy crust, evenly covering the surface of the frozen fillet, frozen individually, and should not come off when lightly tapped. The weight of fillet glaze should be from 2% to 4% relative to the weight of glazed fillets. Delivery time until the end of the year upon request (within 2-3 days)
