Description:
Lots: Gasoline for spark ignition engines - Gasoline AI-92. The form of provision is coupons. Availability of gas stations in the Makat region and throughout the Atyrau region. The supplier's gas stations must comply with all sanitary, fire and other safety regulations standards. The Supplier must ensure that the Customer's vehicles are refueled using coupons (with the possibility of extending the coupon terms) of 10 and 20 liters. The Customer receives goods in the form of coupons in the amount corresponding to the terms of the Agreement. The supplier is obliged to produce refueling the Customer's vehicles immediately, out of turn, at any time of the day at the Supplier's gas station (the gas station is open 24 hours a day). Refueling at the gas station is carried out on the basis of the presented coupons issued to the Customer. Coupons must be protected from counterfeiting, in the event If necessary, the Supplier extends the validity period of the coupons. Refueling of the Customer's vehicles at the Supplier's gas station must be carried out by the Supplier's operators (employees). The customer has the right to receive the entire volume of fuel and lubricants using coupons of 10 and 20 liters. Prices for fuels and lubricants presented in the Supplier's price justification cannot be revised and remains unchanged until the Supplier's obligations under the Contract are fully fulfilled. Delivery of goods will be carried out in the volumes specified in the customer-s application, as necessary.
