Lots: Services for maintenance and technical support of the information system - Providing access to the information system in the cloud service of the 1C: Enterprise Mekeme program: Budget planning and financing. Program update for 12 months. Technical support and configuration support for Mekeme: Budget planning and financing, conducting webinars via the Zoom program, user consultation on working with the program, assistance with planning, formation, budgeting, approval of the budget in accordance with the Budget Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as the generation of standard reports, when executing the budget, making changes to financing plans, clarifying and adjusting plans, during the year at the user-s (client-s) workplace or by remote access and by phone, setup, connection and monthly testing of the program-s functionality (at the Customer-s request), integration between accounting programs, regular updates of the platform and configuration, creation of archival copies, diagnostics of the state of the information base, comprehensive protection of information bases located on the server from attacks by intruders and malware infections, prompt provision of standard volume and additional services using remote connection to the user-s workplace or at the user-s (client-s) workplace
