Description:
Lots: Telephone services - provision of communications, fixed telephone communications while maintaining the existing numbering, namely the main telephone numbers. Provide services at the address; Makinsk, Klubnaya str. 30, via underground wire communication lines with providing direct access to the city, long-distance, international telephone network and access to the Unified Telecommunications Network. The supplier has a quality certificate ISO 9001-2009 (ISO 9001; 2008) BEFORE concluding the contract, the winner must provide copies State licenses for the provision of local and long-distance telephone services. At the request of the Subscriber, the Operator is obliged to eliminate station and line damage to the Operator's telecommunication systems. Based on clause 3 of Article 21 of the Law on Communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan Potential the supplier is obliged to have a management system for its networks that meets the requirements of a unified interaction procedure approved by the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan | Internet access services - Package provision of broadband port for rent, using technology ADSL/FTTx, leased line at data transfer speeds of up to 8 Mbit/s without taking into account traffic, with the allocation of a block of 4 IP addresses, SIP telephony with the allocation of 4 number(s). The potential supplier must be included in the list of operators of the Unified Transport Environment for government agencies.
