Lots: Maintenance services for elevators/lift shafts and similar equipment - Maintenance services for passenger elevators monthly: 1. Maintenance requirements: 1) The supplier carries out the necessary maintenance work and repair to ensure uninterrupted operation of 2 elevators of the brand Schindler 5500 No. IST 272711/20 and Schindler 5500 No. IST 272711/10 located at the address: Turkestan, CDC, Quarter 020, Uch. 1321, until December 31, 2025; 2) The supplier agrees on the schedule service work and repairs with the Customer; 3) The Supplier carries out preventive maintenance of the Equipment in accordance with the list of technical specifications. Based on the results of the work, notes are made in the technical (service) maintenance journal; 4) The supplier provides consultations and recommendations on the operation of equipment, both directly on site and by telephone, fax, e-mail, etc.; 5) In the event that during service work and repairs non-functioning spare parts of elevators were identified, the Customer must be informed within 1 (one) hour from the moment the malfunction is discovered. The customer must be provided with the complaint documentation (Defective Report) for the required set of spare parts; 6) Provide a monthly progress report work; 7) In case of late detection of a breakdown, the service provider is responsible, since the equipment was not checked at the proper level; 8) The supplier conducts: regular periodic full inspection and audit of...
