- Lots: Services for the maintenance of fire/burglar alarms/extinguishing systems/video surveillance and similar equipment - 1. Services must be provided by a potential supplier in accordance with the requirements of regulatory legal acts of the Republic Kazakhstan, regulating security activities (Law on Security Activities in the Republic of Kazakhstan), on the basis of a license representing the right to engage in security activities. 2. To provide services, a potential supplier must have: -staff qualified employees (security guards), with an appropriate qualification certificate of the established form (it is necessary to provide proof of qualifications for each employee); - round-the-clock dispatch service; -firearms and special protective equipment (helmets, body armor); - own mobile detention groups (it is allowed to attract proven and reliable mobile groups to detain third parties on a contractual basis); - allocated radio frequencies for the organization communications of the operational service or contracts with trunk communication service providers; - own centralized monitoring consoles or centralized monitoring consoles of third parties on a rental basis or provision of operator services on a contractual basis. IN In the event of detection or prevention of violations in terms of the services provided, based on the results of situations, provide the Customer with written notifications explaining all the circumstances.
