Lots: Maintenance services for main heating networks/heating networks and equipment - Maintenance of heating systems and elevator units. Carry out routine maintenance to prepare heating systems for the heating season and ITP, according to the approved list of the heat supply organization, namely to produce. - test for the density of heating systems and ITP, pressure 1.25 working... - flushing the heating system before the start of the heating period; - checking throttle devices and presenting them to the inspection of the energy supplying organization (if the diameters do not correspond to the calculated ones or there are defects, they are replaced (subject to delivery by the “Customer”)). - registration of a flushing report with a representative of the heat supply organization. - provision of services to the Customer Certificate of readiness of the facility for the heating season signed by the heat supply organization.
