Lots: Beef - GOST 33818-2016. Beef meat. A veterinary certificate is required! Chopped or sawn, category 1. The consistency of the meat should be dense, fresh, and the outer surface should be dry. The meat juice released from the cut must be transparent. The smell is natural, without impurities, foreign or unpleasant shades. The meat must be well bled. The consistency of the oil is dense, not sticky. The dried crust is thin, pale pink or red in color. The product is supplied chilled and sliced. Delivery requirements: each batch is accompanied by a veterinary certificate and information about the category of meat. The supplier is obliged to ensure uninterrupted delivery of goods to their destination. Agree with the customer! The product is delivered within working hours schedule up to 16 hours, strictly according to the application, to the Customer-s warehouse, during 2026. The product is strictly accepted if there is a quality certificate. Delivery and unloading of goods is carried out at the expense of the Supplier to the Customer-s warehouse.
