Lots: Beef - Beef meat of the 1st category, chopped pieces of 3 kilograms according to GOST, produced in Kazakhstan. The beef is fresh, chilled, well bled, the meat is dense, the color is red, the fat layers are white, cream or yellow. The appearance of the meat is dry, and the meat juice is released in section transparent. The smell of meat is natural, without impurities or extraneous bad connotations. The consistency of the fat is dense and not sticky. The percentage of flesh to bone is 70/30. The size of the carcass parts must be agreed upon with the customer. The product must be certified according to GOST and comply requirements of the regulations in force in the Republic of Kazakhstan on food safety. Accompanying documents: invoice, examination certificate (must correspond to the date of packaging), veterinary certificate (the following data must be indicated: to whom it was issued, weight, delivery point) Provide Additional sheet of the certificate of origin of the goods, form CT KZ.
