Lots: Valve - Mechanical mitral heart valve (The valve leaflets and support ring are made of graphite material and coated with pyrolytic carbon, which has exceptional strength, high biocompatibility and low thrombogenicity. Graphite the base of the valves is impregnated with tungsten to ensure radiopacity. Possibility of conducting MRI examinations in patients with an implanted mechanical valve. The opening angle of each leaf is 850 (optimal for maintaining laminar blood flow and reduction of turbulence) with a range of motion of 550 for sizes 17-23mm and 600 for sizes 25-29mm. The valve rotation mechanism facilitates intraoperative positioning. The doors open and close completely within the support ring, thus providing a flat profile. The movement of the valves is directed by the recesses on the supports of the rotation axis. The ridges on the leaflets float within these depressions, which are bathed in systole and diastole blood, minimizing thrombus formation. Comfortable rotating mechanism. The suture cuff contains an additional 3 markers for more precise placement. The valves have a support ring that can rotate within the sutured cuff after the valve has been sutured after positioning.
