Description:
Lots: Cardboard containers (5 l), class B, with a bio-chemical hazard symbol, yellow, standard for medical waste. Containers for disposal of medical waste class B, in a set with two bags. All supplied medical supplies must be sterilely packaged. Their expiration date must be valid for one year from the date of receipt at the Customer-s address. Delivery of medical goods to the Customer-s address is carried out at the expense of the Supplier and is included in the cost of goods (not paid by the customer). All medical products must have mandatory certificates of conformity and comply with the norms and rules of the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of production and distribution of medical products and drugs. In case of harm the health of the student due to the non-compliance of the quality of the drug/equipment used with the standards established by law - the Customer has the right to make claims to the Supplier-s organization in court. Before delivery of goods, agree on external type of product with the Customer. Unapproved goods are not accepted by the Customer for delivery.
