Lots: Services for reading meter readings - Services for reading readings and maintenance of heat meters, quantity 1 pc. in the building of the State Institution "Office of the Specialized Security Service of the Mangistau Region of the Ministry Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan", located at the address: Aktau city, 11A microdistrict, building 5. The Contractor is obliged to: 1. Every month, before the 25th day, take readings from heat meters on paper and hand them over to MAEK Kazatomprom LLP and the Customer. 2. One Once a month, inspect heat meters and, if necessary, make minor repairs that do not require sending them to the manufacturer. 3. Diagnostics of the heat meter. The following are subject to diagnostics: parameters of heat supply systems TV1 and TV2; hardware; presence of voltage in the external power supply network supplying the aircraft. 4. Eliminate emergency situations. To eliminate emergency situations in systems TV1 and TV2, measures are taken to check the reliability of contacts on the side of the sensors and TV7, open circuit, short circuit or short circuit to ground of the communication line, correspondence to signal polarity. 5. Check the condition of the electrical connection between the flowmeter body and the pipeline. 6. If problems are detected that affect the further operation of the heat meter, the contractor is obliged to notify To the customer within 7 working days. The performer must have software for taking readings. The term for the provision of services is from the date of entry into force of the contract until December 31, 2026 for the duration of the heating season.
