Description and required functional, technical, quality and performance characteristics of the purchased goods: 1. Natural cow's milk, pasteurized, 3.2% fat: - Consistency - liquid, homogeneous, not sticky, slightly viscous. Without protein flakes and fat lumps. - Taste and smell characteristic of milk, without foreign tastes and odors. - The color is white uniform throughout the entire mass. - Products must not contain food additives or flavorings, without GMOs, with the exception of functionally necessary components. 2. The Supplier ensures that there is an Agreement for production control with an accredited laboratory. Evaluation(confirmation) milk compliance with the requirements of TR CU 033/2013 is carried out in the form of a Declaration of Conformity of the product. 3. Products must meet the requirements: - ST RK 1760-2019 Cow-s milk - raw material. Technical specifications - GOST 31450-2013 Drinking milk. Technical conditions, - Technical Regulations TR CU 033/2013 On the safety of milk and dairy products - TR CU 021/2011 On the safety of food products. 4. If there is any doubt about the freshness of the delivered product, samples are taken for study.
