Description:
Lots: cottage cheese-fat 9%, enriched with iodized protein, the supply of goods strictly in accordance with the schedule. Read carefully, by the written application of the customer and schedule. The delivery of goods is carried out by the supplier. The goods must be delivered every 5 days in the flow of 1 year of the customer in the strictly specifiedassortment and quantity (for uninterrupted daily nutrition). Delivery time: from 09-00 to 18-00 hour. Saturday-Sunday weekend. Expenses associated with delivery to the warehouse are assigned to the supplier (not to send goods to the supplier (by mail and courier company!). The supplier participates inacceptance and transfer of goods in accordance with the terms of the contract. The customer has the right to refuse to receive the goods, in cases of: 1) the goods are delivered in excess of the specified amount of the declared amount of the customer. 2) delivery of goods without an application of the customer. 3) the goods are expired. 4) the goods are spoiled. 5) goods without appropriatedocuments. 6) without a certificate of conformity.
