Branded forms must be made in in accordance with the current state standards of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as with the rules for documenting, managing the documentation and use of electronic document management systems in state and non -state organizations approved by the Decree of the Government of the Republic Kazakhstan dated October 31, 2018 No. 703. The details of the letter form are: 1) an image of the State Emblem of the Republic of Kazakhstan; 2) the official name of the organization in Russian and Kazakh languages; 3) the date of registration; 4) registration number of the form; 5) the details of the institution (index, region, City, address, contact phone, fax, mail) in Russian and Kazakh.
