Description:
Tenders are invited for Provision of Domestic Air Travel and Ground Transportation Services For air travel booking services: - Travel reservations, issuance and delivery of tickets for air transportation with advance seat assignments; - All applicable taxes and fees should be clearly outlined; - Assistance in obtaining visas, and health insurance for abroad trips; - Detailed travelers- itineraries and confirmation numbers. ** The bidder/s must possess the ability and resources to be able to reconfirm and/or rebook tickets due to unforeseen circumstances, or in the event of flight delays and/or cancellation during regular business hours. Bidders must explain how they handle cancellations and required rebooking. Scope of Work: • Provide travel & transportation services as requested by IRI Kazakhstan to be inclusive of all regions of Kazakhstan; • Payment will include all fuel costs; • Offer quick online flight search, booking and redemption; • Allow exchange and/or refund airline tickets at no additional cost; • Assume responsibility for all vehicle maintenance costs and local tax requirements for the duration of the contract; as well as any costs associated with travel & transportation of drivers outside of their primary residence; • Vehicle and substitutes should be full-sized sedans, minibuses, or charter buses; • Should any of the vehicles be unavailable for any reason, a substitute vehicle of comparable quality should be provided until the primary vehicle is able to resume service; • Vehicles should be in good condition: cleanliness, maintenance, milage, airbags, AC system, as well as include a standard medical kit for emergencies.
