- Lots: Beef - Fresh chilled beef meat. Carcass, highest and I category. The meat is dense. The color is red, the fat layers are white or cream. The appearance of the meat is dry, and the meat juice released in the cut is transparent. The smell of meat is natural, without impurities or extraneous bad connotations. The meat is good drained of blood, the consistency of the fat is dense and not sticky. The crust on the meat is thin, pale pink or reddish. Not frozen. The ratio of pulp to bone is 70 to 30. The supply of food products must be made according to the preliminary application of the customer in the required quantity. The supplier must provide the following documents: 1) acts of acceptance and transfer of goods in two copies; 2) an invoice with a description, quantity, unit price and total amount of goods supplied; 3) invoice; The food supplier, when signing the contract, must provide the following documents: - Sanitary and epidemiological conclusion on the activities of a food storage warehouse; - In case of renting a warehouse space, provide a rental agreement; - Sanitary passport for the warehouse premises of a food trade facility; - Sanitary record with permission to driver of vehicles for transporting food products; For each delivery of meat, the supplier is required to provide a veterinary inspection report.
