Description:
Lots: Premium grade fortified (enriched) baking wheat flour packed in p/bags weighing 25.0 kg. ST RK 1741-2008, TR TS 021/2011, TR TS 022/2011. Delivery of goods must be made from 09:00 to 15:00 on working days as required quantity according to the preliminary application of the customer. Accompanying documents: invoice, certificate of quality and product safety, certificate of origin, declaration of conformity, medical record of the driver and forwarder, sanitary passport for transport (sanitary and epidemiological certificate for vehicles used for transporting food products). ALL OF THE ABOVE DOCUMENTS MUST BE CURRENT AS OF THE DATE OF RECEIPT OF THE GOODS, AND WILL BE REPLACED IN A TIMELY WHEN THE DOCUMENT, DATE, NAME, PLACE EXPIRATES THE STATEMENTS IN THE DOCUMENTS MUST CONFORM WITH EACH OTHER. IF THE DOCUMENTS DO NOT MEET THE REQUIREMENTS, THEN WE WILL GO TO COURT! | Dry fresh cookies.
