Lots: Set of reagents - Kit for the collection and storage of biological samples from living individuals, with automatic obtaining of genetic material, consisting of: 1. Carrier card for collecting biological samples of individuals, as well as automatic extraction and storage deoxyribonucleic acid from selected biological material, - 1 pc. Plastic cartridge for a carrier card with a special round-shaped swab with a diameter of no more than 22 mm integrated into it for collecting biological material - 1 pc. Cartridge must be made by the same manufacturer as the carrier card. - the plastic cartridge must be supplied in a sealed package, with a carrier card already installed in it; - the carrier card must meet the following requirements: - must be suitable for use with a laboratory robotic manipulator for carrying carrier cards; - size no more than L x W 50x50 mm; - active area of the card with one circle no more than 20 mm with color indication, with a cellulose fiber matrix with special impregnation, for cell lysis, minimum storage time for a sample of immobilized nucleic acids on a card at room temperature - Blood samples 22 years, Buccal epithelium samples 12 years; 2. Special package for storing the carrier card; 3. Special information card for filling in installation data; 4. A pair of sterile gloves without talc; 5. Package for packing the kit.
