Lots: Test Express-Express Test for detecting the SARSCOV-2 virus antigen in strokes from the nasopharyngeal Covid-19 AG. A quick immunochromatographic test for determining the SARS-Coronavirus 2 (Covid-19) antigen in human nasopharyngeal samples. The test cassette is covered with anthepes to SARS-COV-2 (nucleocapside), conjugated with microparticles and immobilized on the membrane, an extraction buffer in the ampoule, a sample test tube, a captaining cover, sterile swabs. After extraction, the samples remain stable for 2 hours at room temperature or 24 hours at a temperature of 2-8*s. Sensitivity- 97.059%. Specificity -99.2%. Accuracy- 98.0%. Clinical efficiency: Assessment of positive tests is 100%. Internal quality control: a positive controlled line. A flexible schedule for reading results: from 3 minutes to 2 hours. Recommended time interpreting test results 15 minutes. The result of the test for the SARS-COV-2 antigen remains stable up to 2 hours. Summary: Test cassette-1pc. Sterile probe - 1 pc.
