Lots: beef - beef meat should be according to the State National Standard of the Republic of Kazakhstan Station 1730-2007 "Meat and meat products. General technical conditions", approved by order of the Committee on Technical Regulation and Metrology of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the RepublicKazakhstan No. 695-OD dated December 26, 2007. Beef 1 category in fatness, young animals, on external assessment, the meat should have a red-pounded color, marble structure, the presence of the remains of internal organs, skins, a carcass divided into 4 parts, weight of one part are not more than 50 kg, clots are not allowedblood, pollution, without bruising and beatenness. The category of fatness of meat should be indicated on each carcass with an oval clear stigma. When raising meat for each batch, it is necessary to provide a veterinary certificate (form No. 4) issued by a veterinarian for animal production products,as well as the presence of a certificate of cattle. Delivery of meat should be existed by special vehicles with a sanitary passport for the transportation of food products issued by the sanitary and epidemiological service, as well as a sanitary book on the driver of the supplier. The goods must correspondstandards provided for in Article RK 1730-2007. The delivery time of the monthly September-December 2021 at the application of the customer in these volumes. The supplier has been guaranteed that the expiration date of the delivered products will be at least a period provided for the entire termimplementation.
