Appearance and consistency: a homogeneous concentrated mass of spreadable consistency, without dark inclusions, skin residues, seeds and other coarse particles of the fruit. Color red, orange-red or crimson - red, pronounced throughout the entire mass. The taste and smell are characteristic of concentrated tomato mass, without bitterness, burning and other foreign tastes and odors. Shelf life 24 months. Packaged in cans, pasteurized, remaining shelf life at the time of delivery must be at least 6 months.
