Lots: Baby food for children from 0-3 years old "Cottage cheese" fat content 10-12%, heat-treated, pasteurized. In parchment packaging from 30 to 50 g. Delivery daily upon customer request by 07.00 o'clock. Natural children's dairy product pasteurized milk with the addition of special natural starter cultures, preparation of children's cottage cheese for children under 3 years of age, in compliance with all sanitary requirements for the preparation of children's cottage cheese. The color is milky, white or slightly yellowish, uniform in to the whole mass. The consistency is homogeneous, tender, moderately dense. The taste is clean, fermented milk, without foreign taste or smell. Acidity 100-120* T, mass fraction in%: protein -12 g, fat - 10%. Each batch must be accompanied by a certificate of quality and safety, which indicates the number and date of issue, name of the manufacturer, name of the product, batch number, date and time of manufacture, shelf life of the product and storage conditions.
