Description:
Lots: Gasoline for spark ignition engines - Gasoline AI-92. The form of gasoline supply is sales using coupons through gas station networks. A potential supplier must have a gas station within the city at the customer's location, i.e. Semey and beyond. Provide a diagram of the location of gas stations indicating the addresses from which AI 92 gasoline will be sold. The quality of the fuel and lubricant (AI 92 gasoline) to be transferred to the customer under the contract must comply with the requirements of GOST 32513-2013 or ST RK 1183-2003. Coupons must have the necessary degree of protection. Denomination coupons of 10, 20 liters. The coupons are valid until December 31, 2025 (with the possibility of extending the validity period until the remaining volume of the total volume is fully used). The constant availability of gasoline at the gas station and the work schedule should be around the clock. The customer reserves the right to carry out examination of goods for compliance with the requirements of regulatory documents established for this category of goods in the Republic of Kazakhstan. In case of non-conformity, the supplier is obliged to replace the goods. The supplier issues coupons to the customer for AI 92 gasoline with a nominal value of 10.20 liters. for the entire volume of purchased goods. Full volume of purchased of the goods (AI 92 gasoline) must be in free custody of the supplier and released to the customer using coupons through a gas station until the goods are fully sampled.
