Lots: Insulating tape - PIL tape (PVC-L), for winding main gas and oil product pipelines as an insulating and protective coating, to protect the outer surface of main gas and oil product pipelines from corrosion during construction, repair, and also for waterproofing heating pipes. Used for installation and repair of pipelines. The tape does not have holes, bubbles, cracks, gaps in the adhesive layer over its entire area and tears on the edges. When rewinding a roll, the adhesive layer does not peel off and does not moves to the other side of the tape. The surface of the roll is smooth. A tape made from a polyvinyl chloride composition is rolled by calendering with an adhesive layer applied on one side. PIL (PVC-L) tape meets strict technical standards and has the following characteristics: Color: blue, black. Tensile strength: no less than 80 N/cm. Elongation at break: not less than 160%. Stickiness: at least 25 seconds. Brittleness temperature: not higher than -30°C. Electrical resistance: not less than 1×10¹¹ Ohm/cm Water absorption: no more than 0.5% for 1000 hours at 20°C. Tape width: no less than 150 mm, no more than 450 mm. Tape thickness: not less than 0.4 mm. Length in reel: not less than 100 ± 0.5 p/m.
