For its production, a variety of mineral components are used: white clay, kaolin clay, quartz sand and field sleepers. A A synthetic pigment that gives the color of the tile is also added. The prepared mixture is pressed under high pressure ( 5000 tons/sq.m), and then fired at high temperatures ( 1250 s). Porcelain stoneware acquires its unique technical characteristics in the production process. Porcelain stoneware 60 on 60 production of Kyrgyzstan Kashny tiles is flooring, on a wall thickness of 9 mm in a package of 5pcs (1.8kv)
