Lots: Wheat flour, first grade, fortified. Color - white, white with a yellowish tint. Without foreign tastes and odors, not sour, not bitter, not musty. Humidity - no more than 15%, ash content - no more than 0.75%, whiteness - no less than 36 conventional units according to RZ-BPL, the amount of gluten is at least 30%, the quality of gluten according to IDC (gluten deformation index) is 45-90. Infestation and/or contamination by pests is not permitted. Nutritional value per 100 grams: proteins not less than 10.3 g, fats not less than 1.1 g, carbohydrates not less than 68.9 g. Energy value is not less than 334 kcal. B1 (thiamine) - 1.8-3.6 mg/kg; B2 (riboflavin) - 1.4-3.2 mg/kg; B3 (nicotinic acid) - 16.0-30.0 mg/kg; B12 (folic acid) - 1.0-1.8 mg/kg; iron - 45.0-65.0 mg/kg; zinc - 20.0-30.0 mg/kg. The packaging must be marked with: name and type of flour; production date (month, year); name and location of the manufacturer; net weight for transport packaging; nutritional value; storage conditions; best before date; designation of the standard. Flour, at least 25 kg in a bag. Shelf life: at least 11 months from the date of delivery. ST RK 1482-2005.
