Lots: Repair/upgrade works for cranes and other lifting/handling equipment - Maintenance Requirements: 1) Supplier will carry out necessary maintenance and repairs to ensure smooth operation 16 elevator units from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026; Freight-passenger elevator - 6 units; Passenger elevator - 7 units; Freight elevator - 3 units. -Brands SHANGHAI YANGTZE 3-MAP Elevator CO.,LTD. located at: st. Alfarabi 2B. - Stamps Light cargo PG-249, PG-239, LM-011, Bolnichny PB-053M, PB-053M, PB-053 located at: st. Rysbek Batyr 13. 2) The Supplier agrees on the schedule of maintenance work and repairs with the Customer; 3) The supplier carries out preventive maintenance Equipment according to the list of technical specifications. Based on the results of the work, notes are made in the technical (service) maintenance journal; 4) The supplier provides advice and recommendations on the operation of the equipment, both directly on site and and by telephone, fax, e-mail, etc.; 5) If during maintenance and repairs non-functioning spare parts of elevators are identified, the Customer must be informed within 1 (one) hour from the moment the malfunction is discovered. The customer must be provided with the complaint documentation (Defective Report) for the required set of spare parts and purchase them; 6) Provide a monthly report on the work done; 7) In case of late detection...
