Description:
Lots: Reagent indicator - a set for determining the antibiotic of penicillin in animal products by the IFA method. The composition of the kit includes components for the appropriate stages and the complete EQUIPMENT. The set should have at least 40 doses (studies) without taking into account control. On The supplier should be provided the following moment of delivery of the goods: 1. Each box must indicate a series, shelf life, production date, volume of cm3, name and trademark of the manufacturer, its address, full name of the set, a list of components included in the set, storage conditions. 2. A copy of documents of compliance of production by international standards; 3. The expiration date is not less than 80% from the day of manufacture at the time of delivery. 4. The total shelf life from the date of manufacture is at least 12 months. 5. The set should be packed in cardboard boxes. 6. In each set there should be official Instructions from the manufacturer with an official translation into state and Russian languages. 7. Boxes should be laid in boxes with thermal insulation and sealing filling (refrigerants). 8. Providing evidence of compliance with the temperature regime during transportation. 9. Provision Training on working with the test system and interpretation of the results of the analysis at the request of the customer. 10. The methodology for execution of measurements for the set should have a registration number in the register of the GSI of the Republic of Kazakhstan. 11.
