Description:
Lots: Work on routine repairs of local (local) pipelines -) Digging trenches with an 80 m long excavator. b) Dismantle the old pipe (80 m * 133 * 4). c) Installation of a well (concrete) in the kit for installation of shut-off valves DN 100 mm. d) Lay with appropriate sand and in quantity for a pipe 80 m long. e) Laying (installation) of a steel pipeline with a diameter of 133 mm, thickness of at least 4 mm, length 80 m. f) Install and connect to the pipes through flanges a rubber-lined gate valve DN-100 mm in the well. g) Test the water supply pipeline for leaks. h) Fill with appropriate sand in sufficient quantity on top of the pipeline. i) Bury and level upon completion of all excavation work. REQUIREMENTS FOR THE SERVICE PROVIDER 1. The Service (work) Provider has the appropriate permits for performing the work specified in Appendix No. 1. 2. Normal warranty period operation of the equipment, the quality of the Service is established for at least 24 (twenty-four) months from the date of signing by the parties of the Certificate of Acceptance of Work Performed. 3. All expenses including: Work, materials, Goods, Products, etc. in accordance with Appendix No. 1 are carried out by the Service Provider for your account. 4. Payment is made according to the Work Acceptance Certificate. 5. The period for completing work after signing the public procurement contract is 10 (ten) working days. 6.
