Lots: Maintenance services for fire/burglar alarms/extinguishing systems/video surveillance and similar equipment - !Maintenance of automatic fire alarms in a building with a total area of 1332 m2 and a block-modular boiler room. Includes 1 preventative visit per month and emergency visits throughout the year. The service includes inspection of the alarm system, tests of connectors and connections, terminal devices for suitability, measurement of power supply characteristics, software testing provision, correction of settings, preventive cleaning of system units, repair of damaged or worn elements. In the event of a breakdown or malfunction of the APS, the supplier will visit the customer at the request of the customer. Repairs, if necessary, will be carried out by the supplier, and the necessary equipment and materials at the expense of the customer. | !Maintenance of the video surveillance system - carrying out an external inspection of the system, inspecting fasteners, connectors, cleaning external and internal elements, cameras from dust, !setting up cameras and software, testing of equipment, diagnostics of cables and power systems, ongoing minor repairs of the structure, updating the software of video cameras and the recording server, taking measures and issuing recommendations to eliminate failures, replacing cables up to 5 meters and replacing camera connector.
