Lots: Internet access services - Technical specification 1. Services aimed at providing access to the Internet (broadband) 2 points: 1) point at a speed of 30 Mb/s, via a dedicated line; 2) point at a speed of 50_Mb/s, according to a dedicated lines; 2. A mandatory condition for the provision of services through the Unified Internet Access Gateway for government agencies, in accordance with Article 30 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Informatization” (No. 418-V ZRK, 24.11.2015) 3. Without traffic limitation (Unlimited); 4. Support for a block of 4 static IP addresses; 5. Uninterrupted operation of the Internet (24/7/365); 6. Warning in advance about shutdown for a short period of no more than 2-3 hours, for technical reasons; 7. The Service Provider must have a technical team support consisting of qualified technical personnel to promptly visit the User to eliminate non-standard situations in the process of providing the Service to the User; 8. The service period is from January 1 to December 31, 2026.
