A potential supplier must conduct an inspection of equipment with the issuance of acts of technicalstates. 2. The preparation of acts of technical condition involves the establishment of the causes of the unsuitability of the incorpected due to physical and moral wear, which is not worth the restoration for its further operation. 3. According to the results of the technical examination, a potentialThe supplier undertakes to provide the customer with acts of technical condition in duplicate, with the information contained in it about the technical condition of the equipment. A separate act of technical condition and conclusion should be provided for each position of equipment. 4. Provide acts in duplicate.Originals certified by print and signature. 5. The deadline for the provision of the service is within 15 calendar days from the date of signing the contract. For preventing services, the supplier must have all permits for the provision of thisservices.
