Lots: Services for the operation of sports facilities - Services for the maintenance and servicing of a fencing hall for sports. Fencing hall An indoor free-standing sports facility with a total area of 355.7 m2, meeting the size and requirements of the educational and training process. Sports the structure must have a fire alarm system, artificial and natural lighting, individual autonomous or central heating, ensuring a temperature of at least +22 C in winter. The hall must be equipped with: showers with cold and hot water, locker rooms, toilets and trainer's office. The gym must meet the size and requirements of the educational and training process. The sports facility must comply with all building codes, sanitation and safety requirements. Also, the halls must be provided with technical personnel, electrical, hydro, heat and sewer networks. The gym must be cleaned at least 2 times a day. A security service should also be provided. The supplier must be the balance holder of the premises and have license.
