Periodical ST RK must comply with 3158-2018 or 9254-77GOST. The main text should be from 5 to 10 lines, the type density should be 15-25 characters per 1 square cm. Printing method: offset. Publication frequency: at least 2 times a week. One publication serial circulation is not less than 4500 copies.
