A separate act of technical condition and conclusion should be provided for each position of equipment. 4. Provide acts in duplicate.Originals certified by print and signature. 5. The deadline for the provision of the service is within 15 calendar days from the date of signing the contract. For preventing services, the supplier must have all permits for the provision of thisservices.
