Lots: services for maintenance of generator installations and a similar electrogening equipment-the supplier undertakes to provide the customer with diesel generator maintenance work: the supplier undertakes to serve and verify the diesel generator once a month; 1. Concern the customer in the operation of a diesel generator; 2. Fill the following work on the maintenance of a diesel generator: - general inspection; - working and loading check; - replacement of oil, fuel and purge of air filters; - replacement of oil and coolant; - replacing hoses and tubes; - external and internal inspection; - verification of the correct launch manually and in automatic mode; - checking work in idle modes and under load; Engine examination: - general inspection of the engine; - cleaning the engine from pollution; - inspection, cleaning the radiator from cooling; - consolidation of the weekend compounds; - checking fuel equipment; - checking the engine speed regulator; - checking the plastic and rubber parts of pipelines; Battery inspection: - checking the state of batteries; - defects of the case and covers; - level of electrolyte; - recharging batteries; - Streaming battery terminal; The load control panel: - general check of work; - consolidation of electrical connections; -checking the contacts of safety chains; - checking the emergency stop button; - checking control circuits; - checking the main contacts; - examination Transformer ...
